Paramedics are on the way to a crash involving two vehicles on Lowry Avenue and Marshall Street in northeast Minneapolis.
The early word is that there are injuries. North and south traffic on Marshall can scoot over to Grand Street to get around the activity. Drivers on Lowry could drop down to the Broadway bridge.
