Minneapolis-based Thymes will hold its annual warehouse sale Nov. 10-12. CEO Anne Sempowski Ward said to expect about the same amount of merchandise as in previous years, including body washes, lotions, soaps, candles, diffusers, bubble baths, refresher oils, home fragrance mists, and gift sets.

Earlier this year the company merged with DPM Fragrances of Mississippi, which includes Aspen Bay and Capri Blue candles. The new company called Curio does not affect any of the brands. Thymes, Aspen Bay and Capri Blue products will not be re-branded.

Ward does not expect bargain hunters will see much, if any of the DPM products at this year's sale but possibly next year. DPM holds a tent sale of its own to clear out packaging changes, discontinued scents and overstocks.

Thymes savings run from 50 to 75 percent at its sale that has been running for nearly 25 years. Items such as the popular Frasier Fir scents are usually priced in dollar increments at $1, $2, $3, $6, $8, $10, and $15.

The sale is at a new location this year: 630 Hoover St. NE in Minneapolis. Hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10 and Friday Nov. 11 and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday Nov. 12. I have not checked out the site yet, but Thymes reps say there is plenty of parking.

If you can't make it to the sale, check the Thymes website where scents such as Temple Tree Jasmine, Tiare Monoi and Goldleaf are discounted 20 to 30 percent.

Due to limited space, Thymes requests no strollers at the event.
