For one of its monthly History Happy Hours, the Minnesota Historical Society welcomed guests to the Victorian-era Alexander Ramsey House in St. Paul for an evening of star-crossed love stories.

In addition to enjoying drinks and light refreshments, guests got to explore the cavernous rooms of the 145-year-old mansion (built by Alexander Ramsey, Minnesota’s first territorial governor) and learned about the romances of famous and infamous Minnesotans of the past.
