A Minneapolis nonprofit, the Family Partnership, plans to break ground this winter on a new $22 million headquarters -- part of several projects revitalizing a busy Lake Street intersection that has vacant lots and storefronts. The project, backed by $10 million in state money, is needed, the nonprofit said, to keep up with a growing need for its services -- multicultural preschools, support for sex trafficking victims and mental health treatment.
Photojournalist Glen Stubbe has been chief political photographer for the Star Tribune since 2011 and was business photographer and photo editor before that. He was named Visual MN Photographer of the Year twice in a row, first in 2015, and then combined 2016-2017.
