The Suburban Rate Authority is a joint-powers organization representing 31 Twin Cities metro-area suburbs. It intervenes on behalf of the cities in electric, gas and telecommunications matters before the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission and reviews developments in utility matters affecting the cities, including utility franchises and utility fees.
