Film lovers — and filmmakers — celebrated independent film as part of the Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival, which brought 200 feature-length and short films from more than 60 countries to the Twin Cities. The multiweek event also included plenty of galas, events, panel discussions and parties, including the Minnesota Made Party. For that tribute to the state's rich community of filmmakers, guests mingled under the warm glow of antique chandeliers inside the perfectly lit Red Stag Supperclub in northeast Minneapolis. Action!
