Baxter, James G., Jr. age 72, of Ely, MN, went to be with Jesus on Feb. 27, 2006. A memorial celebration of Jim's life will be Friday, March 3 at Washington Auditorium in Ely at 6:00 PM for visiting, with services at 7:00 PM. A memorial service will be held in Mpls at a later date. Jim will be especially remembered for his over 50 years of service coaching high school hockey.
