Parks Charlotte V., age 92, of Mpls, passed away July 5, 2003. Survived by a host of relatives and friends. Services 9 AM Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at Church of the Ascension in North Mpls. Burial at Gethsemane Cemetery, New Hope.
