Johansen David Larry Johansen, 57, of Northfield, MN. Born Nov. 27, 1945 in Minneapolis, passed away suddenly but peacefully on May 13, 2003. Preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Johansen; and father, Leonard Johansen. Survived by his wife, SueAnn; daughters, Charmane Olson, Dawn Goodmark; son, Jan Johansen; and step-son, William Johnson; mother, Frances Johansen; sisters, Marie Drescich, Lynnette Anderson and Janet Maxwell; brothers, Kent and Bradley Johansen. David also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, as well as grandchildren. David was an accomplished musician and music teacher. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, May 16, 2003, 4-6 PM at the Northfield Retirement Center Chapel, 901 Cannon Valley, Northfield (507) 645-9511. A celebration of life will follow from 6- 10 PM at the Armory in downtown Northfield, on Division between 5th and 6th Street. Memorials preferred to the family.
