Minges, Judith Miller of White Bear Lake, passed away peacefully on October 5. She is survived by her daughter, Holly (Scott) Wintrip, granddaughter Mackenzie (Timothy Lepretre) Logan, step-grandson Ben Wintrip, and nieces Joanna Bigler Jones, Wendy Bigler Lauber, and Melissa Bigler Larson.
