Brinda Beth Anne Brinda, age 20, died suddenly on Tuesday, January 6. Born Dec. 28, 1983, she is survived by her loving family: parents, Paul and Dianne (Doncaster); sister, Sara; brother, Matthew; grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, and her little friends, Mario and Homsar. Beth was a sophomore at Carleton College, and was pursuing a double- major in biology and English. She fully enjoyed her time at Carleton, where she loved engaging in her studies and spending time with friends, including Nathan, Alicia, Lauren, and Nick, and many, many, others. She was a tremendous gift and blessing to those who loved her as a sister, daughter, cousin, niece, granddaughter, editor, baseball scorekeeper, tour guide, concession manager, biology researcher, enthus- iastic student, and supporting friend. Her friends and teachers from Breck School, which she attended from preschool through her graduation in 2002, will also miss her terribly. Beth will be remembered for her passion, intelligence, wit, and the contagious energy and love that she shared with those around her. Visitation will be Friday evening from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, with prayer service 7:00 PM at Kapala-Glodek-Malone Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 7800 Bass Lake Rd., New Hope. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, 11:00 AM, with visitation starting at 9:30 AM at the Basilica of St. Mary (88 N. 17th St., Mpls.) Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery Saturday afternoon.
