Ruggles, Michael L. "Mike" 63 of St. Cloud passed away on Sept. 26, 2017 at the St. Cloud Hospital. A celebration of life will be at 10AM on Oct. 4, 2017 at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Wednesday at the funeral home in St. Cloud. Arrangements are entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud.
