Winsor, Barbara A. Age 74, of Bloomington, passed away September 14th 2017. Preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Alice Wing. Survived by daughters Gwen Garrison and Kimberly Cobb, grandchildren Jessica Bigwood, Alex Garrison, Connor Bigwood, Zach Garrison, Thomas Bigwood and Quinn Garrison, siblings Sandra Zabloski, Judy Gilbertson and James Wing. Memorial service Saturday, September 23rd at 1:00 pm at Woodlake Lutheran Church, 7525 Oliver Avenue South, Richfield. Luncheon to follow service at church.
