Iacarella, Evelyn J. age 86, of St. Anthony Village passed away Sept. 7, 2017. Preceded in death by husband Vincent; parents, Gust and Hanna Pederson; siblings, Sidney Pederson, Irene Battles and Signe Pederson. Survived by sons, Thomas (Diane), Steven, and Daniel (Nancy); siblings, Harry Pederson and Helen Alberg; grandchildren, Jacqueline, Jennifer, Angela, Patricia, Kristina, Sarah, Hannah and Katie; 10 great-grandchildren. Evelyn was known for her cooking skills, hospitality, smile and energy.
