Amundson, John Allan age 65, of Bloomington, MN, passed away on a Saturday, July 29th in his home due to complications from ALS. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by wife of 38 years, Laura; children, Amanda and Bart; sisters, Sharon (Jerry) Amundson-Johnson and Susan (Martty) Amundson; and brother, Thomas (Jane) Amundson. John will be remembered for his love of family and friends, his colleagues and his work as a forensic engineer with American Engineering Testing and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Visitation Friday 5-7 pm at Werness Brothers Chapel 2300 W. Old Shakopee Rd., Bloomington. Memorial service on Sunday, 1pm at Hillcrest United Methodist Church 9100 Russell Ave. S., Bloomington.
