Stoen, Debra L. age 61, of Robbinsdale, MN passed away Saturday, May 20th, 2017. Retired employee of the Star Tribune. Survived by daughter and son-in-law Rachel (Stoen) and Chad Spande; grandchildren Mercedes and Collin Spande; nephew Jeremy Stoen; special friends Dennis and Beth Gartner, Barbie (Gartner) Arney, and Amber (Gartner) Bethke. We pray Debra is at peace in heaven with her family who preceded in death. A time of gathering will be held Wednesday, May 24th from 10:00-11:00am. Memorial Service directly after at 11:00am at Riverdale Church, Andover 763-421-8080. Lunch will be served after the service. Donations to Riverdale Church in lieu of flowers preferred.
