Kalkes, Douglas A. "Dougy" of Carver, MN, died Monday, April 24th at home surrounded by his loving family. Precededed in death by his parents, Claude and Evelyn. Survivors include his loving wife, Lisa; children, Ronnie (Mindy) Kalkes, Wendy (Roger) Reade, Dawn (Dean) Schmieg, Jennifer (Mike) Shelton; Step-son, Cody Foster; 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and another one on the way; siblings, Claude Fr. "Bud" (Joyce) Kalkes, Ken (Elaine) Kalkes, Carolyn "Toots" (Eugene) Wisniewski, Sue (Roger "Cubby") Sames, Jean Lusignan; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends. Mass of Christian Burial is Thursday, 11 a.m., at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 218 W. 2nd St., Chaska, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at church.
