Weber, Patricia C. (Prondzinski, Smith) Age 77, of Mpls, went to be with the Lord on October 7th, 2016. She is survived by husband David, son Frank Smith, daughter Barbara Novotny (Jay), step children Larry, (Ann), Theresa, Donna Pruden (Jim), Brian (Lisa); sister Mary Gensmer (Bruce), 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends. Celebration of her life will be held at Epworth United Methodist Church, 3207-37th Ave S, Mpls, MN 55406 on Saturday, Oct 29, 2016 at 11 am, Service at Noon.
