Loe, Donald Syver age 81 of Burnsville, formerly of South Mpls, passed away September 30, 2016. Preceded in death by son, Michael Koucky; brothers, Thomas and Frederick. Survived by wife, Judy; daughter, Liz (James) Deluca; sons, Christopher (Gina) and Daniel (Krisi) Loe; 8 grandchildren, Nicole, Alisha, Kayla, Tessa, Colton, Tanner, Tyler and Teagan; sister, Madalyn Loe; also nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. DeLaSalle High School and Brown Institute graduate. Attended St. Thomas College and MIT. A Northwestern Bell lineman and AT&T engineer for 35 years. Longtime member and coach of the Mpls and St Paul Rowing Clubs. Avid sports fan, golfer and history buff. Graveside service Friday, October 7, 11 AM at Hillside Cemetery.
