Fetter, Robert L., Sr. age 91, of Bloomington, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, April 17, 2014. Preceded in death by wife, Lorraine; and sister, Helen Millar. Loving Father of Patty (Dr. James) Seay, Kathy Sletten, Bob Jr. (Debra), and Tammy (John) Baker; Grandpa of Kristine, Tamara, Teresa, Daniel, Rachel, Jordan, Jack, and Annie; Great-Grandpa of Sarah, Joshua, and Auren.
