Vaubel, Calvin E. Age 83, of Edina, passed away June 4, 2016. Preceded in death by parents and several siblings. Survived by wife, Janelle; son, Scott (Teresa) Vaubel; daughter, Jennifer; grandchildren, Amanda, Andrew, Alex and Ryan Vaubel, several nieces and nephews as well as many friends. Funeral service Saturday 11am at Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church, 511 Groveland Avenue, Minneapolis, 55403. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Hennepin United Methodist Church with a designation for disaster relief (UMCOR) or Koinonia Retreat Center.
