Benson, John "Brady" Age 78, of Edina, passed away peacefully Tues., April 10, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Ames, IA to Casper and Dolores Benson. Graduated from the Univ. of MN. Served in the U.S. Army Reserve Armor Division. Married Kathleen Fadell May 19, 1962. Spent 50 plus years as a stockbroker. Was an avid fisherman, hunter and outdoorsman. Had a great love for Lake Superior and Rocky Island. Devoted church member and usher with strong faith. He will be greatly missed by his loving family: wife, Kathleen; brother, Charlie; sons, John Brady Jr. (Michelle), Tom, Dave (Beth) and Michael (Amy); grandchildren, Jack, Will, Lily, Isabella, Samone, Emma, Ruby and Sally; other loving family members and friends.
