Thompson, Mark Alexander ("Tank") age 65, of Excelsior, MN passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Preceded in death by his father, Donald W.Thompson. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sally (Chase) Thompson; children, Alexander Thompson, Sarah (Scott) Berry; grandchildren, Samuel, William, Jackson, Emma and Kathryn Berry; mother Ruth Ann Thompson; brothers, Donald (Lynn) Thompson, Gregory (Kim) Thompson, Scott (Linda) Thompson, Steven Thompson; sister, Susan (John) Stinchfield, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation, 12:30pm and service, 2:00pm will be held on Saturday, March 5th, 2016, at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 301 County Road 19, Excelsior, MN.
