He is survived by his loving wife Deborah; daughter, Angela (Chris) Tegeler; grandson, Aidan (Maddie); son, Edgar Ray Wilburn lll "Trey" brothers, Terry, Donald, and Quintin Thomas; sisters, Carolyn (Ed) Mercer, Gina Monday, and Elmira Lemon.
