Ludgate, James Kenneth "Ken" Age 86 of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully at home April 30, 2024 with his wife by his side. He retired from The Toro Company after more than 20 years. He enjoyed pitching horseshoes and was an accomplished bowler; achieving the ultimate perfect game. Ken was known for his kindness, generosity and quick wit. To Ken summer meant going to County Fairs with his wife to get into shape for their annual pilgrimage to The Minnesota State Fair with the goal of attending every day. He was preceded in death by his parents, Myrtle and John Novack; sister, Susan Govoent; brother, Richard; cousin, Bob Peterson; and brother in law, Larry. Ken is survived by his wife Cindy of 30 years; sister, Marilyn Gannon; brother, Danny (Nancy) Novack; sister in law, Pat; brother in law, Tom; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
