Meyer, Hannah Signe was born 8/27/95 and departed into the mystic on 4/17/24. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Ardis Meyer, Richard Weeks; Aunt Muggy and cousin, Erik Hanson. Hannah is survived by her parents, Paul and Jennefer; siblings, Robert (Kayla), Julie Tyren (Brett), Matthew (Stephanie), and JibJib; grandmas, Linda and Jackie; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and her Halstead Trl family. Hannah was a sweet, compassionate, and gentle soul. She was kind to friends and everyone she met. She touched many lives with her good-natured personality. She was a savior of cats, a defender of the downtrodden, and a shining light in a world full of darkness. Please join the family for a Celebration of Life on Monday, May 6th at Lake Elmo Park Preserve North Pavilion from 4-7 pm. Come and share your love, stories, and friendship with family and friends.
