Survived by wife, Karen Chapman; daughters, Melissa (Jay) Gustafson and Pamela (Sean) Reagan; grandchildren, Josh (Chelsey), Matt, Jenny, Mark, Gage, Madeline, Joseph and Sydney; great grandchildren, Leroy, Victoria and Jerome; brother, James (Jean) Chapman; and sister-in-law, Donna Chapman.
