Stepan, Robert "Bob" Air Force Veteran, age 87 of Brooklyn Park passed away March 16, 2023. Survived by twin brother "Dick", son Jon (Kristin) grandchil- dren Kalla, Graham and Morgan; and son Joel. Preceded in death by wife Nancy, 2 brothers & 5 sisters. Bob enjoyed using his master gardener's skills and spending time with family in Willow River to garden, hunt and fish.
