Goins, Charles William 2/14/1930 - 3/14/2023 known throughout his 93 years as Bill Goins, he passed peacefully in a Veterans Foster Group Home in Wyoming, Minnesota. He was the youngest son of N. W. (Walter) Goins Sr. and Blanche Walker Goins of the St. Paul Rondo community and later White Bear Township. A graduate of Macalester College in St. Paul, after graduation he served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer during the Korean conflict. Bill then went to New York working as a professional photographer and later a financial advisor on Wall Street, returning home to St. Paul in 1990. He is survived by nieces Doris Shannon Scott, Claire Goins Meyer, nephews N. W. (Walter) Goins III, and Albert T. Goins Sr. as well as numerous grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family and friends and caregivers. His remains were bequeathed to the University of Minnesota Medical Anatomical Bequest Program. Any memorial service would be held at a future date.
