Kondrick, David P. Age 81, of Minnetonka, formerly of Fridley, Mn, passed away on Feb. 25, 2023. Dave was known for his quick-witted sense of humor. His motto was, "Blue Skies, Happy Times, Sweet Singing & Fast Walking." He is survived by his wife, Mary, of 25 years and her daughters, Heather (Dirk) VanKrevelen, Kim Pease (Rick) Hoff; grandchildren Garrett, Mason & Lauren; nieces Jennifer & Amy.
