Arver, Todd passed away suddenly at home on December 21, 2022. He is preceded in death by his father, John Arver. Todd was survived by wife Debra (Frederick), son Michael (Jessica), daughter Ann Marie Wolter (Robert), mother Joyce (Thorson), sisters Alison (Curt), Darcy (Gary) and twin brother Terry. Todd was a beloved grandfather to his 8 grandchildren spending endless hours with them. Private family interment. Celebration of Life to follow in early Spring at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.
