Bostrom, Brent Harmon passed away on November 6, 2022 in a tragic accident at Imperial Sand Dunes (Glamis) in Brawley, CA. At 51 years old, Brent lived fearlessly, with an insatiable thirst for adventure and a genuine love for spending time with others. Brent is preceded in death by his parents, Curt and Patricia. Survived by his brother, Bob and siter-in-law, Terri of Elk River, MN; nephews, Mason of Big Lake, MN and Wyatt of Deerfield Beach, FL; sister, Debbie and brother-in-law Steve; nephews, John and Sam, and niece Stevie. Brent was born in Red Wing, MN on February 6, 1971. He grew up in Fridley, MN, later moving on to Florida where he received degrees from the University of Tampa in Marine Biology and Oceanography. Brent moved on to Phoenix, AZ where he worked as a professional consultant and most recently as VP of Software Development at Vensure Inc. Brent was passionate about learning, and was an avid reader with an impressive collection of books. He had many hobbies such as fishing, motorcycles, climbing, and off-road driving. Brent did not stay in any place for too long, as he was constantly traveling and visiting friends and family whenever he had the chance. Spending time with Brent was always an opportunity to improve yourself, as he was extremely smart yet exceedingly humble. Brent realized the importance of our place in this world, and never took its beauty and wonders for granted. His hearty laugh and irreverent humor will be deeply missed by many, but we are all blessed to have known and loved him, and he lives on through our connection to each other.
