Felber, Mickey Lynne "Marcia" age 73, of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022. Mickey was Born January 26, 1949 in Waterloo, IA. She is preceded in passing by her parents, Wilbur and Dorris Petersen; sister-in-law, Barb. Mickey is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Richard; children, Connie (Tracy), Chad (Amy), and Corey (Jamie); grandchildren, Garrett, Kayla, Wyatt, Krysta, Andrew, and Kyle; siblings, Carla (Randy), Brenda (Gordon) and Curt. Mickey graduated from Grundy Center High School in 1967. She attended McConnell Airline School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was in Minneapolis where she met the love of her life Richard (Dick). Mickey and Dick married October 26, 1968 and they started their family. Mickey worked at Dayton's (Marshall Field's/Macy's) for 27 years. Mickey was a wife, mother, sister, aunt and everything in between for everyone. She enjoyed riding in Corvette's and taking trips for the Corvette Rally's. The faster the better! (She never wasted an on-ramp). Mickey liked doing anything involving family get- togethers. She loved traveling and taking trips, Hawaii was her favorite. She also was a professional shopper and gift giver for her family. Mickey also enjoyed decorating, baking, playing 500 and being active (tennis and volleyball). She lived for her husband, children and grandchildren until the end. Mickey fought a courageous fight for 13 years. She was incredibly strong, tough and fought so hard not only for herself but for everyone she loved. Future date for visitation and service to be determined.
