Warwick, Kenneth D. "Aardvark" December 4, 1951 - August 8, 2022 Ken was here for just 70 years, but brought a lot of fun and kindness with him. He always found ways to make people laugh and his smile could light up a room. Quick with a helping hand, he was a good-hearted, loyal friend. Ken liked to travel and enjoyed exploring the United States, especially by motorcycle. He loved the State Fair, the North Shore, motocross (he was District 23 chairman for many years), any kind of puzzle, projects that he could work with his hands (including any contraption for launching whipped cream), and pink flamingoes. A graduate of Highland Park Senior High and Hamline University, he enjoyed his work as a math teacher at Mechanic Arts, a motorcycle mechanic, technical services director at Wisconsin Magneto, and technical writer for Toro. Ken is greatly missed by his wife April; sisters Jan and Pauline (Todd) Johnson; brother Rob; brothers-in-law Larry (Jane) Bachman, Jim Bachman; sisters-in-law Cheryl (Dick) Huber, Martha Hamilton, Laura Bachman; and his many nieces, nephews and friends, especially Team DIP. Ken was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Millie; and brother Rich. A celebration of Ken's life will be held at the Minnesota State Fair History & Heritage Center on October 1, 2022, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., with a short program at 2:00. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society or the hospice facility of Saint Therese at St. Odilia.
