Ronbeck, Joan Lenore (McGinty) passed away peacefully on September 13, 2022, at the age of 92. Joan was born in Duluth, MN on October 27, 1929 to Robert and Augot McGinty. The family subsequently moved to St. Louis Park, MN. She graduated from St. Louis Park HS in 1947 where she met and married her husband, John Ronbeck. Together they raised a family in St. Louis Park and Minnetonka, MN. Joan was a dedicated wife and mother caring for their five children. Joan's tremendous kindness, love of life and sense of joy brought light everywhere she ventured. Joan was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, John; her parents; and son-in-laws, Robert Weber and Glenn Hatton. Joan is survived and deeply missed by her children, Jeff (Laura) Ronbeck, Roberta Ronbeck, Allyson Weber, Lenore (Paul) Dryke and Constance Hatton; grandchildren, Stephen (Melissa) Weber, Elissa (Kole) Kapinos, Jason (Ryan Kim) Ronbeck, Amy (Alex) Phung, Andrew (Nadine) Ronbeck, Greg (Chandler) Dryke, Jon (Jessica) Dryke, Rob (Emma Jahnke) Dryke, Michael Hatton and Daniel (Jenna) Hatton; great-grandchildren, Branden, Mackenzie, Ethan, Hadley, Elliot, Elena, Teddy, Addison and Beatrice; brother, Robert (Florence) McGinty; sister, Marjorie Hilleren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service Monday, September 26, 2022 at 11:00 am at St. David's Episcopal Church, 13000 St. David's Rd., Minnetonka, MN. Visitation one hour prior. Interment following at Groveland Cemetery in Minnetonka, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Association MN.
