Zubick, Douglas Bruce Age 80, of Minneapolis, MN, August 5, 1941. He passed away on February 16, 2022, in Sun City, AZ. Survived by Wife Phyllis, Children Tim (Tammy) Zubick, Jenny (Andrew) Ryall, Cindy (Greg) Haux, Stepson Jeff Abramovitz (Sue), Stepdaughter Jeanne Zubick, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Graduate of Roosevelt High in 1959. Entered Air Force August 1959. Doug was an airline mechanic for 1 year before he started the Metro Transit Company. He worked for Nicollet and South garages for 39 years. Doug retired in Sun City, AZ in 2004. Doug will be buried at Fort Snelling Nat'l Cemetery August 16, 2022, 1:30pm. Memorial Luncheon at VFW Post 5555, 6715 Lake Shore Dr, Richfield, MN. Memorials may be given to any Hospice or any animal shelter.
