Lundholm, Robert E. Robert E. Lundholm Born August 29, 1928, in Minneapolis and died February 1, 2022, in New Brighton. He was a proud U.S. Coast Guard Veteran, a loving husband and father, a doting grandfather and great grandfather. Survived by his children and their spouses: John (Sue) Lundholm, Steve (Vee) Lundholm, Phillip (Colleen) Lundholm, Mary (Peter) Morin; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, and other close relatives. A longtime member of Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church in Northeast Minneapolis and most recently a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in New Brighton. He was a member of the Y's Men at the Northeast YMCA for many years. An avid woodworker, he created gifts and treasures for his family. There wasn't a woodworking tool or piece of wood he didn't like. After retirement, he was a long-time employee at Beisswenger's Hardware in New Brighton. He loved to cook on his pellet grill and smoker, a passion he enjoyed sharing with all. Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
