Collier, Howard James II 52, Minneapolis, passed away on April 11, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard Collier and Geraldine Jacobson, sister Elizabeth Beebe. Survived by his step father Edward Jacobson, brothers, Garry (Brenda) Collier, Doug Collier, Wyman (Mary) Collier, and Bryan Jacobson, sisters, Sharon (Derek) Calloura, Susan Deberardini, Alane Collier and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
