Olson, Herbert George age 93, of Woodbury, Minnesota passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022. Herbert was born October 30, 1928. He was surrounded by family. He is preceded in death by his wife of 70 years Arlene, his Mother Mabel ,Father Walter, Sister Lois Olson, Brother Richard Olson, Mother-in-law Sybilla Tri, Father-in-law, John Tri, Sisters-in-law Betty Bull, Rose Olson, Brothers-in-law Tom Lynch and Ruben Bull, Son-in-law Ron Jacky and Grandson baby Bryan Olson. Herb is survived by his 7 children , Gregory "Chip" Olson, Linda (Tom) Tourville, Jeffrey Olson, Susan (James) Mansfield, Julie Jacky, Deborah Brown (Doug), Jacalyn Shaffer (Carl), 15 Grandchildren, 17 Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great Grandson. Sister Marlene Lynch, Brother Howard Olson, Sister-in-law Viola Ritchie, and many nieces and nephews. Herb was a World War II Navy Veteran. He was an avid golfer and bowler. An evening visitation for Herb will be held Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury. Prayer service will begin at 7:00PM.
