Lester (Mason), Joan I. Age 88, of Crystal, died at home November 22, 2021. Beloved sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Born in Minneapolis February 11, 1933 to Joseph and Marguerite (Ewald) Mason. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert C. Lester, son, Michael Lester, brothers, Joseph and David Mason, and sister Barbara Losli. Survived by sister, Mary (Ken) Ackerman; daughters: Kimberly (Lynwood) Watson, and Kathryn Harris: sons: Joseph, Thomas (Bryna), and James (Susan) Lester; daughter-in-law: Laura Lester; 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grand children (plus 2 on the way). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family. Per Joan's wishes, there will be no funeral. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
