Carlson, Catherine Mayo "Cathie" Age 76 of St. Paul, died Sunday morning, September 19, 2021. Beloved wife of David Christoff-erson, sister of Dale (Kay) Carlson, Jennie (Tom) Baltutis, Keith (Liz Johnston) Carlson. Aunt of Colleen, Ian, Chris and Kerry. Cathie grew up in Mound but treasured her Swedish heritage and Montana roots. After working with her father Don in commercial art, she was a core employee at Ingebretsen's Gift Shop with her keen eye and sense of style. She loved the Northland and watching ships pass the Duluth aerial lift bridge. She enjoyed and supported local folk music, historic fur trade reenactments, and neighborhood activities. Cathie loved gardening, treasure hunting at thrift shops and especially meeting and chatting with family, friends, and neighbors. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
