Waggoner, Paul William 92, of Savage, MN, passed away from complications related to COVID-19 on May 25th, 2021 at the VA Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. He was born May 16th, 1929, the son of William and Henrietta. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers, R. Lawrence, John, and Joseph; sister, Margaret and daughter, Catherine. Paul is survived by his siblings, Roger Waggoner (Michael Manning), Priscilla Waggoner, Julia Bailey (John), Jean Frantzen, Joan Kendall (Bradley); wife, Mercedes; 5 children, Jane Morrow (Bruce), Bill (Robin), Peter, Baltasar (Lorelyn), Merceditas (Bob Orvalla); 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren along many other family members and relatives. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, June 17th, at 11:00am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 4625 West 125th St., Savage, MN. Visitation will be held at the church 10:30-11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Fort Snelling at a later date.
