Kelly, Michael Frank age 71 of Newport Minnesota born November 15th 1949 in Canby Minnesota. Passed away January 20th 2021 in St. Paul Minnesota. Preceded in death by sons Michael and Christopher, brother Jim, mother Bernice and father Edward. Survived by son Justin, brothers Paul, Steve, Gene and Robert and sisters Barb, Linda and Janet as well as many friends and relatives. Memorial service will be at Fort Snelling on June 16th at 10:30 am. People who attend are advised to come 15 to 20 minutes early.
