Fitzhugh, James R. "Jim" On Saturday, June 5, 2021, Jim R. Fitzhugh, loving husband, passed away at the age of 70. Jim was born on December 7, 1950, in Champaign, Illinois, to John and Lucille (nee Walker) Fitzhugh. He married Judy on November 25, 1987, and is survived by her in death. A retired principal at RSP Architects, Ltd, where he worked for 38 years, Jim enjoyed fishing, golf, and spending time at his cabin in Northern Minnesota. He also found joy in traveling with his wife, family, and friends. Jim was preceded in death by his father, John, and mother, Lucille. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Judy; sister, Barbara (Howie Smith) Fitzhugh; sisters-in-law, Sue McGlynn, Carol Martin, Connie (Steve) Andrew; several nieces and nephews; grandnieces and nephews.
