Later, she took up golf, a passion she shared with her husband. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Sawyer, brothers Jack, Abe and Sam, and son Paul. She is survived by her children Deborah, Ira, Tom and Amy and granddaughters Isabel Eisenstadt and Dessi Menendez. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Susan Herrera, Home Health Care LLC, for the special loving care she provided to Betty for many years.
