Carlson, Nancy C. age 69 of Coon Rapids, passed away Oct 13, 2020. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas; parents, K. Roy and Ellen Szmiot; sister, Gerri Westlund. Survived by children, Elayna (Brian) Rumpza and Andy (Candy); grandchildren, Zachary, Isaac, Mallory, Josiah, Samuel, and Elianna; siblings, Patricia (John) Kohnen, Gloria Exner, Dan (Sandee) Szmiot, Jim (Linda) Szmiot; brother-in-law, Robert Westlund Jr; many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. Nancy was a nurse for many years, and an active volunteer for numerous Coon Rapids community organizations, and Boy and Girl Scout programs. Funeral service 11:00 AM Sat, Oct 24, with visitation starting at 9:30 AM, at Spirit of Grace Church, 10110 Woodcrest Dr, Coon Rapids. Interment Sunset Cemetery, Mpls.
