Puffer, Patricia Jeanne ended her 99 years of earthly life at home in White Bear Lake, on Sept. 19, surrounded by family love. Patricia's passions were her family, her church including Choir and Memorial Committee, the U of MN Gophers, Cub & Girl Scout leader, US China People's Friendship Association serving as Vice President and with Kenneth, led the first Education Tour, International traveling and family genealogy research. At the age of 72 she graduated in Art History from U of MN. She was proceeded in death by parents Glenn & Hulda Covert, sisters Bessie Stuart, Evelyn Covert, Helen Kennedy, Grace Parsons & brother John Covert, and loving husband of 68 years Kenneth. Children James (Louiva), Steven (Janet), David (Margaret), Donald (Judy), John (Kathy) and Barbara Norman (Dale); grandchildren Lara Palokangas, Cresanna Zintzun, Ginger Meyer; Jack, Brendon, Duncan, Noel, Nissa Puffer & Caleb & Betsy Norman, Paul Shafer and 9 great grandchildren. A private family memorial service will be held. As a last gift to this world, Patricia's body is in the U of MN Anatomy Bequest program for medical student education.
