Weber (Dooley), Mary Frances 73, died September 14, 2020, at Pender Memorial Hospital, Burgaw, North Carolina. She was born July 21, 1947, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of O. Lee and Jeanne McMenomy Dooley. She and her husband Fred resided in Wallace, North Carolina. Mary grew up in Farmington, Minnesota, and graduated from Bethlehem Academy High School, Class of 1965, in Faribault, Minnesota. Following graduation, she served in various administrative and real estate sales positions, including her appointment as the head of the Minnesota Historical Society's finance office in the 1970s-80s, and her performance as a real estate agent at Edina Realty, Minneapolis, Minnesota, for more than a decade. Mary's hobbies included flower arranging, music, and other artistic endeavors. Her floral design talents resulted in an award-winning Art in Bloom arrangement at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, an activity that brought much pleasure to flower lovers over the years she exhibited her designs there. She was a proud member of the Democratic party, where she was involved in a range of volunteer activities. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by brother Dennis and sister Ginger. Surviving, in addition to her husband, Frederick Weber, is her daughter, Jennifer Starbright, as well as her sisters and brothers Ann, Patricia, Stephen, Kathleen, Margaret, Kevin, and John Dooley; cousin Kathy Feeney and many others; nieces Sarah, Holly, and Lisa; and her great-niece and nephews Patrick, Aaron, and Ashley Page.
