Bernardi, Colette Nicole l Age 56 of Mpls. passed away peacefully on August 18, 2020. Survived by loving husband of 29 years, Luigi; daughters Francesca and Antonella. Preceded in death by parents Charlotte and Lucien Frank. Colette achieved much in her lifetime, earning her Bachelor's at Clark University, her Master's degree in social work from Yeshiva University in Manhattan and her nursing degree from St. Catherine's University. A true philanthropist and lifetime learner, Colette served as a board member at the College of Arts and Sciences at St. Thomas University. Ever close to her faith, Colette was active not only with her church both as a patron and board member, but devoted much of her time to outreach and mentorship in her community. Her compassion for others and those in need spoke volumes of her character. Her exquisite culinary skills, adoration of her family and unapologetic, unassuming nature are but a few of her many immeasurable virtues. Colette's passing is a great loss to all that were touched by her kindness, veracity, compassion and selflessness. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM with visitation beginning at 9 AM on Saturday, August 22 at the Church of St. Olaf, 8th St. and 2nd Ave. S., Mpls.
