Brace, Rheta Nanny (Thompsen) of Eden Prairie; 87, died peacefully on July 16, 2020. Born on her family farm in Edina, in 1933; Rheta attended Cahill school, graduated Southwest High (Mpls). After nursing school she worked caring for others who were at the end of life. She is survived by siblings Edith, Lilly, Paul (Nancy); children Scott (Nancy), Debbie Jo, Rusty (Lynette); grandchildren Ian, Brian, Roxanna, Richard, and Christine; great-grandchildren Zoe, Joey, Angel, and Gideon. Preceded in death by her parents, Poul and Anna Thompsen; son Jeffrey.
